Shipping Policy

At checkout you will be presented with a variety of shipping rates that are generated for your individual order. How your order is shipped, with which carrier, and at what level of expense; is up to you, the customer.

We do ship internationally. If a shipping rate is not generated for your order, or you think the rate is in error (ie: too expensive), please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you.

Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed.

We offer Free Shipping within Canada, excluding Nunavut, on all orders over $100. Free shipping is only valid for Retail orders.
The $100 Free Shipping offer is not applicable to Wholesale and Distributor Accounts.

We do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays or Nova Scotia provincial holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.

If you ship with CanadaPost, shipping times could be affected by the CanadaPost strike.

When/if we have a large volume of orders, it may take longer than usual for us to process your order and send tracking information. We do try to get it out the door as fast as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

When ordering such items as pallets of tea, shipping will be quoted prior to being sent, and will be on your invoice.
